Welcome – I'm Mike Neary, Your Future Hypno Coach
Have you ever felt stuck, overwhelmed by stress, or weighed down by emotional pain? If so, you're not alone—and I understand exactly how that feels.
I haven’t always been a Hypno Coach. I left school with no qualifications and joined the RAF Regiment, where I served operationally around the world for 22 years. After leaving the military, I transitioned into education—becoming a lecturer and advanced practitioner, mentoring teachers through their degrees. I’ve set up two businesses that weathered the storm of the COVID-19 pandemic. Along the way, I’ve faced divorce, family bereavement, and recently recovered from heart bypass surgery. Through it all, one thing has kept me going: a deep belief that we are all a work in progress—and that transformation is always possible.
That belief is the foundation of my work as a Hypno Coach.

The Mind Reboot Programme
This is a 5-stage therapeutic Programme which usually takes 7-10 sessions that takes you the client through a healing journey which clears and reprograms the 5 unconscious factors that drive all surface level thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
These 5 factors are:
1 Stress – Your body and mind's reaction to pressure or demand.
2 Trauma – The unresolved intense emotional events that have already happened, which keep getting re-triggered.
3 Protective Mechanisms (anxiety, depression, procrastination) – all created to stop the past events happening again.
4 Emotional Triggers – our automatic emotional reactions towards people and situations (anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt). E.g. Road Rage.
5 Limiting Beliefs – having negative ideas or thoughts about you, which can destroy your self-image and self-worth.
Why choose the Mind Reboot?
I will teach you how to self-regulate so that you are able to cope between sessions and can continue to manage stress and maintain a healthy lifestyle after the Programme is complete.
The Programme incorporates the absolute best techniques and methods out there and I also don’t need to know the full extent of the trauma.
This is especially good for men who often don’t like talking in detail about their history or problems.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it work?
Hypnosis is incredibly successful, if you allow your conscious mind to relax.
Will I go under?
Most people can easily go into a light trance state.
Will I know what is happening?
Yes you will, you are always in control, now matter how relaxed you become.
Can I stop it if I don’t like it?
Following on from the above question, yes you can, you are in control.
Is it the same as stage hypnosis
No it's not the same as stage hypnosis, this is about you gaining back control and changing behaviours in ways that are therapeutically helpful.
Do you use a watch?
No I don’t use a watch, I may use a ticking clock if you have one in the room where you are.
How will I know if I am hypnotised?
My answer to this is: have you ever been engrossed in a great book or movie, where you pay no attention to your surroundings? Then it’s very much like that.
